GENERAL HOUSE RULES FOR VISITORS
Upon entering Skypark we expect visitors to familiarize themselves with the rules before going to the attraction and also agree to the house rules.
Please be respectful of all Skypark visitors and behave according in a polite manner.
The Trampoline center does not take responsibility and does not look after children who visit the center unaccompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
The staff of Skypark is not responsible for accidents, only in the case the accident is directly caused by a flaw in the surface material.
Any visitor who is obviously ill is not allowed on the surface areas.
Leave your coats and shoes in the wardrobe area. It is obligatory to take off all footwear when going into the playing area.
Smoking, drinking alcohol and using drugs is strictly prohibited in Skypark rooms. It´s also prohibited to enter the center under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Skypark staff has the right to ask any person disobeying the rules to leave immediately.
Let the Skypark staff know immediately when there has been an accident, when someone is hurt or if you see anything dangerous, for example disobeying of the house rules, flooding, fire, etc.
Take any found objects to any staff member. We keep the lost/found objects for the duration of one month.
After that we donate them to charity or take them to a recycle center.

Put the rubbish in the rubbish bins. There are special bins for bottles and cans.
It is prohibited to take animals in any Skypark rooms.
Use the games and equipment carefully. In the case where a visitor has ruined Skypark property we have the right to claim the costs from that visitor.
Keep an eye on your belongings (bag, cellphone, keys etc.). Skypark does not take responsibility for lost belongings of any visitors. Skypark does not take responsibility for belongings left in the wardrobe area or in the lockers.
We have video security in the Skypark rooms.
PLAY AREA
The climbing construction is meant for children of all ages. Parents are responsible for deciding the whether a child suitability to play in any area and on any surface and is also responsible for child's safety.
To enter the children's center a person must buy a children's center ticket, which includes all center's attractions, except the trampoline grounds.
Children center's ticket is no longer valid when leaving the building.
In the children's centre we suggest wearing a long-sleeved shirt, long pants and shoes with rubber sole. It is prohibited to wear the same shoes you wear outside.
We ask you to remove all objects from your clothes that may harm the other visitors or the equipment, for exemple belts, key rings, glasses, pens, jewellery - they might harm the other players or yourself.
Do not enter the construction or the trampoline area with food (that means also chewing gum) or drink of any kind.
TRAMPOLINE FIELD
The day pass for the trampoline centre allows entrance to every attraction in the center and jumping in the trampoline without a time limit. NB! The ticket is no longer valid upon leaving the building.
Jumping on the trampoline is regulated by the trampoline cordinator who has the right to limit the number of persons and regulate the movement on the trampoline.
You are obligated to wear the rented slippers or shoes with smooth sole (we reccomend a rubber sole). You can not go to the trampoline barefoot or wearing only socks.
Every visitor is liable for their actions in the center.
Children aged 5 and younger can only go on the trampoline when accompanied by a parent.
Do not leave anything in your pockets when you go on the trampoline. They might harm the others or yourself or get lost in the foam-pool.
Do not go to the trampoline wearing jewellery (rings, ear rings, bellybutton rings, necklaces, watches etc.)
Do not go to the trampoline with food (that means also chewing gum) or drink of any kind.
It is not recommended to wear glasses on the trampoline.
Do not drag the yellow padding.
Do not jump intentionally on the yellow padding.

Do not sit on the trampoline padding.
To take a break leave the trampoline area. Do not block the trampoline for other visitors.
Only one person at a time can jump on the trampoline.
Do not drag the safety nets.
It is prohibited to make double saltos, exept the saltos to the foam-pool. It is prohibited to jump over an other person.
Land in the foam-pool legs, stomach or back forward. Do not jump in the pool before the previous person has left.
While certain movements are prohibited the open jump may be allowed in training under the intruction of the trampoline cordinator.
Do not throw the foam pieces out from the pool.
Do not jump on the trampoline where someone else is jumping. It might take the other person out of balance and that might be very dangerous.
Actions on the trampoline are coordinated by the trampoline coordinator. They have the right to ask any person who has disobeyed the rules to leave immediately. Their word can not be disputed.
PARTY ROOMS
Party room booking price includes the usage of the room for the duration of the rented time period. After the party clean the room and leave the room on time.
Use the room properly and leave it in the same condition as it was before.
In the party room there is a microwave, coffee machine, water boiling machine and plastic dishes.
The room price includes 15 tickets to the centre, which allows the access to all the attractions in the centre, except the price of the balcony which includes 20 tickets.
There might be more guests, but only 15 (or 20) persons have an access to the tramopline. If there are more people who would like to jump on the trampoline, you have to buy an extra ticket.
In case you need bowls, vases etc. ask the cafe worker. Also you have the option to use the fridge.

Do not leave the room with food, as it might ruin the furniture of the Skypark. We have the right to claim the costs.
Skypark does not offer child care services, we do not take responsibility for the children attending a party.
During a party Skypark is opened to all the other visitors.
Skypark staff has the right to ask any visitors who do not follow the rules to leave immediately.
The staff at Skypark are happy to expain the rules at any time. In case of problems or misunderstandings we ask you to turn to the staff immediately. We are more than happy to help you!
